How We Ship Your Order
Once your payment is confirmed, we prepare your order in our warehouse and dispatch within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

- EMS / National Post — economical option where available
The carrier is selected based on your delivery address to ensure the best balance of speed and cost. If you have a preference, contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary by destination. Once your order is dispatched, most international deliveries arrive within 7–15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Remote areas or customs clearance delays may extend delivery time. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days after the estimated window, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Shipping Rates
Free shipping on orders over $80. For smaller orders, a flat-rate shipping fee applies and is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fee.

If a package is held at customs due to local import restrictions, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist. We recommend reviewing local import rules in advance to ensure smooth delivery.
Order Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or by pasting the tracking number into any major parcel tracking tool.
If you haven't received your tracking number within 3 business days of dispatch confirmation, please check your spam folder first, then contact us.
How to Save on Shipping
- Bundle your order — order everything you need in one go. Combined orders cost less to ship than two separate packages.
- Reach the free shipping threshold — orders over $80 ship free.
- Check back for promotions — we occasionally run free shipping events, especially around seasonal wellness periods.
International carriers require a contact phone number for delivery coordination. Please include a valid phone number (including country code) when placing your order. Your number is only used for delivery purposes and will never be shared.
